  • Table Buyers: Each table includes ten (10) seats; however, up to two (2) additional guests can be accommodated at an additional cost.

  • Individual Ticket Buyers: All requests for seating will be considered and accommodated to the best of our ability. Please submit your request as early as possible.
Tickets & Location
  • You and your guests will be able to pick up tickets at Gala Registration on the evening of November 21st, 2011.

  • The Gala will take place on the third floor of the New York Hilton Hotel located at 1335 Avenue of the Americas. Please enter through the Red Carpet entrance on 54th Street between Seventh Avenue and Avenue of the Americas.

Payment
  • Checks may be made payable to The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and posted to 888 Seventh Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY, 10019, USA.
  • Checks must be received before November 12th, 2010.
  • Gala tickets will only be issued once full payment is received.
  • Once a reservation has been received, tickets are non-refundable.
  • The Academy reserves the right to limit the sale of tickets to its events.  All ticket sales are strictly at the Academy’s discretion.
DRESS CODE:
Tuxedo for men, long evening wear for women

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a written confirmation that The Academy has received your ticket request. An invoice will be mailed or emailed upon receipt of this confirmation. All tickets must be paid in advance and will be released the night of the event.

Beginning at 5pm on Monday November 22nd guests can pick up their tickets at the Hilton Hotel in front of the Grand Ballroom, 3rd floor (Red Carpet entrance is located on 54th Street between 7th Avenue and Avenue of the Americas).

This event is Black Tie.
