Cannes\/MIPTV, April 9, 2019 –<\/strong> The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced tonight the winners of the 7th International Emmy\u00ae\u00a0Kids Awards at a ceremony at MIPTV, in Cannes, in partnership with Reed MIDEM.<\/p>\n

Winning programs from Brazil, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom are: Hey Duggee – Season 2;\u00a0<\/i>Studio AKA (<\/i>Kids: Preschool); Kop op (Heads Together);<\/i> Viking Film \/ VPRO Television \/ Job, Joris & Marieke\u00a0(Kids: Animation);Overgrep (Sexual abuse awareness week)<\/i>; NRK \/ Bivrost Film & TV\u00a0(Kids: Digital); My Life: Born To Vlog; <\/i>Blakeway North\u00a0(Kids: Factual); Fixa Br\u00f6llopet (Marrying mum and dad);\u00a0<\/i>Fremantlemedia Sverige AB \/ Sveriges Television AB\u00a0(Kids: Non-Scripted Entertainment); Malha\u00e7\u00e3o: Viva a Diferen\u00e7a (Young Hearts);<\/i> Globo\u00a0(Kids: Series); and Ratburger; <\/i>King Bert Productions\u00a0(Kids: TV Movie\/Mini-Series).\u00a0Complete winners’ information follows this release.<\/div>\n

“This is a difficult world for children to grow up in, with an increasing list of social problems and enormous change.” said International Academy President, Bruce L. Paisner. “The winning programs help entertain, educate and prepare our children for the world they are about to face. This is an honorable task.”\u00a0<\/div>\n

The Emmy\u00ae\u00a0statues were presented on stage by an international cast of TV personalities including: Mira Awad, Creator of the Series Muna, about a young Arab woman living in Tel Aviv and Finnish Actor Pelle Heikkil\u00e4.<\/div>\n

Industry executives from around the world attended the event, held at the Carlton Hotel, in Cannes, France during MIPTV.<\/div>\n
