There are 24 nominees in 6 categories. The full list of Nominees follows this release.<\/p>\n<p>The International Academy also announced that the awards ceremony is moving from New York to Cannes, and will be presented in partnership with Reed MIDEM, at MIPTV. The first awards ceremony will take place on April 5, 2016. The International Emmy\u00ae Kids Awards at MIPTV will close the Kids@MIPTV track, which includes the Miptv Future of Kids TV Summit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;MIPTV is a terrific venue for showcasing and recognizing the remarkable amount of quality kids programming around the world, and Reed MIDEM is a great partner&#8221; said Bruce L. Paisner, President &amp; CEO of the International Academy of Television Arts &amp; Sciences. &#8220;We look forward to welcoming our Nominees to this new home and to continuing to serve the global children&#8217;s television industry.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are honored and delighted that the International Emmy\u00ae Kids Awards are coming to MIPTV in April 2016. Reed MIDEM has been promoting the best in children&#8217;s television since the creation of MIPTV in 1963 and MIPCOM in 1985. These events are the largest gatherings of the international kids programming community in the world.
