Winners will be announced in New York on September 30, at a Ceremony at Jazz at Lincoln Center. The international winners will be recognized alongside their American news and documentary peers.<\/p>\n<p>The 8 Nominees span 8 countries on 4 continents. The countries are: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Romania, Russia, The Philippines and The United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Even a casual observer will now recognize that this is an unsettled and dangerous time around the world.&#8221; said Bruce L.
