Board & Member Activities

The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences organizes a number of high-level business, networking and social events for members throughout the world. Board & Members Meetings take place 3 to 4 times a year and offer Members the opportunity to connect with their international peers from the world’s leading production/distribution companies and television channels. Members also have access to M+, a space for Members and their guests to network and unwind. M+ will be open wherever the Academy has a presence at markets throughout the world.

March Board & Members Meetings

Recent meetings and activities have been hosted by BritishAmerican Business in London, The Boston Consulting Group, The New York Times Company, and Hearst in New York. Select highlights include:

September Board & Members Meetings

Recent meetings and activities have been hosted by Paramount in Los Angeles; Rai in Florence; Capa a Newen Company, Zodiak, and Canal + in Versailles; and by ZDF in Berlin. Select highlights include:

  • Walking tour of the Paramount Lot, brunch and cultural visit to Downtown LA artist studios
  • Private visit of the Medici Chapel
  • Advance private screenings of first episode of ‘Medici’ series and 1st episode of ‘Versailles’
  • Gala Dinner at the Palazzo Vecchio
  • Networking with key Rai and industry executives, Prime Minister of Italy, Minister of Culture, and Mayor of Florence
  • Private visit to the Hall of Mirrors, and King and Queen’s Grand Apartments
  • Networking with President of France, Francoise Hollande and key industry and government officials
  • Cocktail at the Cupola of the Reichstag and Dinner in the Basilica of the Bode Museum
